Now today I’m talking to Nicholas McKie, he runs Persyou Ltd, a business that offers coaching programmes to individuals and teams and he does a lot of work in the independent schools sector so you may have seen him on LinkedIn.
I’d never met Nick before this recording but I was keen to talk to him because he runs his own business and I know that some of the people listening to this wouldn’t mind leaving the school they work in and running their own business too. But what I didn’t expect was to find out all the different things Nick’s done in his life, what else he does today when he’s not working and that might give an insight into the kind of person he is.
